Learning to trust. Once I started turning things over to the Universe, surrendering and releasing, I've found that I can deal with most anything. I trust that everything will lead me to where I need to be.

I find it takes a fair amount of courage, or maybe just faith, to trust it. But that trust has yet to let me down.

I like your answer. So out of the three mentioned: trust, courage and faith, which is most important or do you need them all?

Well, I think they’re just three sides of the pyramid. If you have trust, you have faith to do what scares you. If you have faith, you have the courage to trust. If you have courage, you have trust and faith. I’m not sure you have can really one without the other two.

For me, trust is based on what I know, faith is based on what I believe and courage(strength) is my ability to act on them. I believe my parachute will open and I have the courage to junp out of the plane. I have faith that God will provide all I need and I have the courage to face my fears and insecurities.

I see what you mean. For me, this stuff gets kind of messy when we start using words to define things that really can’t be defined. It starts to feel like I’m trying to put one single label on each person. I guess that’s because I see faith, trust, and courage as deeply personal feelings (you know when you have them, or when you feel disconnected from them). You’ve described the differences well, but to me their all still deeply interconnected – you really can’t have one without the others.
